Honest review
The location is a definite plus, being a short walk to shopping and dining options. While the studio room was clean and spacious with a full-size stove, the property shows signs of aging. The indoor pool adds a nice touch, though the absence of an on-site restaurant for meals could be improved.

pleasant stay with notable improvements needed
The indoor pool was fantastic, providing a great place for relaxation after a long day. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The studio apartment was spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to local dining options, which made exploring easy.
I found some areas in need of a little more attention.

The heated indoor pool was a hit with the kids, providing hours of entertainment. Comfy beds and a clean room made for a pleasant stay. the kitchen amenities were outdated, with rusty cutlery and pots. Noise from neighboring rooms was quite bothersome at night. the absence of basic greeting materials upon entering the room left much to be desired.

Our stay included access to tennis courts and a short walk to Dolphin Quay, which was fantastic for keeping the kids entertained. The staff was very attentive, noting my daughter’s birthday and searching for candles when we dined. The stunning city skyline views from our balcony were a treat!
My wife says that the kids wished for more dining options specifically designed for families.

The place needs a facelift. the furniture is dated and some kitchen utensils were rusty. The pool area was less inviting than I expected, and hearing the commotion from kids splashing about was a bit much from our room. Plus, the bathroom could definitely use some improvement in cleanliness and updates.
