The pool and the restaurant, great food and cheap.
When I called atrium to ask a few questions I was not happy with the staff member I had to speak to on the phone but I didnt have to deal with her again so our stay was great and would stay again. The singing/entertainment was abit loud and went on too long, still singing at10pm is to late when u can hear it from your room.
Room had a balcony with quite a nice view but weather being inclement spoiled that a bit. The bar prices were very reasonable not inflated as I have found in some other hotels.
The indoor pool is in the centre of the building the noise echo's and it is extremely noisy especially when full of children.
The price of our room, it was a bargain, and they have the best lamb rack!
You can hear the fans start in the kitchen in the morning (very early), but I guess they have to cook breakfast.
The staff were pleasant, and surroundings were well maintained.
Location fantastic beautiful resort lovely staff
Enjoyed being able to have a place to lay my head, to relax, to jog around the mariner, enjoy the sights, handy to everything really. The ladies that served us were lovely, and the gentleman that assisted us in getting back into the Hotel was lovely also. We were grateful for his assistance. He was sort of the security he said, and that he just worked there.
Just the price for the buffet, $70 was alot for 2 people, and the fact that the variety of food wasn't that great, by the time we got to the buffet, most of the food in the roasted area was dry..and some of the dishes were tasteless...But I'm not complaining, it was a weekend I needed.
It was very comfortable an suited our needs.
I had no complaints about the hotel
Our stay at the Atrium was restful and relaxing in a quiet atmosphere, hence our extra nights stay. Thanks to Katie and Sam who were very helpful and curtious.
Location n nice indoor pool
The facility decor and layout is old and tired
The pools and location being close to the new harbour developments including restaurants
Staff were pleasant and happy to help.Although there appeared to be a shortage of staff with those that we saw multi tasking a sign of the times! maybe.
Noise coming from the central pool area.Children obviously enjoying themselves ,making noise that permeated into the rooms around the central courtyard.despite the fact the the door to our room was closed and we were at the point furtherest from the door the noise coming through was most annoying.Even with the TV turned up the noise was still a distraction. Management could well consider a means to 'MINIMISE THE NOISE' with door seals to the rooms or Noise absorbent materials around the central courtyard.Cork tiles on flat surfaces or large cork balls suspended above the central Atrium.!!!
Open Space, the indoor entertainment area, the music is fantastic
A bit slow at the reception area
Pool/spa area was nice. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had dinner at Pontoons and it was very good food. It was good having a bar/lounge area and restaurant on site. Access to free internet was very handy. Free Saturday paper was unexpected and a nice touch.
The rooms and surrounds could do with a paint job. Replace carpets with modern flooring/tiling.
The indoor swimming pool and spa is fantastic. Having a restaurant on-site is very convenient it you don't feel like leaving the hotel and it also has a kid friendly menu. The rooms are very clean.
Would love to see the Atrium introduce a buffet menu.
